We are incredibly excited to announce that Album Run #32 will be with Friko and their 2nd studio album, Something Worth Waiting For.

And let us tell you, we've been waiting for this one for a while and it is most definitely worth it.

Please join us on 4/23 at 6pm as run, walk or jog to an early preview of Friko's new album on the eve of its release and ahead of their big album release show at the Metro on 4/25. The album is already getting high praise from everyone in the press to Will Arnett. And you get to hear it a night before everyone else.

BONUS. Friko will be in the house to move with us and take all your questions!

SIDENOTE: It is also someone's birthday that day. They may or may not be writing this caption. In lieu of presents, your presence is essential.
