Albright Alumni are taking a road trip to Longwood Gardens – will you join us?You have your choice of riding along in a bus that takes us from Albright College to Longwood Gardens, or meet the group at the gardens.
Saturday, June 1
9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. if riding the bus
10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. if meeting the group at Longwood Gardens
Those riding on the bus will meet at the Albright College main parking lot at the corner of 13th & Bern Streets at 9 a.m.
The bus arrives at Longwood Gardens at 10:30.
Those meeting at the gardens will meet the Albright Alumni group at the main entrance of Longwood Gardens at 10:30.
At 11 a.m. we will partake in a guided tour of the gardens, followed by lunch at 12 noon in the Longwood Gardens café.
Attendees will explore the gardens from 1 – 4 p.m. and leave to return to Albright at 4:15 p.m. arriving back in Reading at approximately 5:30.
Ticket price:
$55 for combination of bus ride and entrance fee and tour of Longwood Gardens
$34 for entrance fee and tour of Longwood Gardens (meeting the group there)
Pay as you go for lunch.
This event is intended for Albright alumni, employees, and their friends and families. Not open to registration to the general public.
