Welcome to this unique soundbath experience! Allow yourself to be carried away by the soothing sounds and vibrations that help you relax and refresh your mind.
Think of it as an experience where sound can be used to transport you to a dream-like stade where you can let go of daily life and go into a deep relaxation. Lying down, connect to the core of your being and all its layers.
What is a soundceremony?
We open a safe space to share how you are feeling in the moment. Then I will take you on a sound journey.
A soundjourney is a meditative experience that uses sounds and frequency to promote relaxation and inner peace. During a soundjourney, you typically lie down comfortably while a facilitator plays various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, flute, handpan and many more
