Yoga mats and blocks are provided just make sure you are wearing comfortable clothes.

We begin with mindful stretches to shake off the day and settle in your body. All levels are welcome. Yoga mats blocks and blankets are provided - just wear or bring comfortable clothes.

Close your eyes and enjoy a deep rest. Let the vibrations of the singing bowls wrap around you melting away any tension and clearing your mind.

Align with the moon energy through the guided ritual that is inspired by a special lunar phase:

The full moon is a time of letting go - of old patterns emotional weight or anything that no longer serves you. This ritual is inspired by Ho’oponopono a Hawaiian practice of reconciliation forgiveness and healing.

The new moon marks a fresh start a time for planting seeds and setting intentions for the cycle ahead. In this ritual we turn to runes - an ancient system of symbols used for guidance clarity and insight.

Chill chat make new friends - in a good company of like-minded people and a with warm cup of herbal tea and a delicious home-made cake.

This is your sign and chance to pause and reconnect with yourself.
