Alamo Cafe’s 45th Anniversary Celebration

Alamo Cafe is proud to announce its 45th Anniversary Celebration, a community-wide event taking place on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at both San Antonio restaurant locations.
From its humble beginnings in 1981 to becoming a multi-generational icon, Alamo Cafe invites the San Antonio community to come together and celebrate forty-five years of great food, family, and friends at this event.

The 45th Anniversary Celebration will be held at both Alamo Cafe locations on June 28, 2026. This event is open to the public. Festivities will include:
Live Music: Enjoy a live performance from local San Antonio musician, Clint Bracher,
on the patio at the San Pedro location from 2:00pm - 5:00pm.
Free Queso: Guests born in 1981 can show their ID to their server for a free queso on their next visit.
Giveaways: Exciting prizes and giveaways will be held throughout the event for guests of all ages, including a Yeti cooler, Turtlebox speaker, and more.
Free Limited-Edition T-Shirts: The first 45 customers at Alamo Cafe’s San Pedro
location will receive a free, limited-edition 45th Anniversary T-shirt.
Exclusive Discounts: Special anniversary pricing and promotional offers will be
available for dine-in guests on the day of the event, including $4.50 queso.
New Menu Items: Alamo Cafe will debut brand-new menu items crafted to honor the restaurant's heritage while embracing exciting new flavors.
