8-hours of required class time

37-hours of core curriculum

The dates for the Winter 2024 program will be as follows:

Saturday, January 27 8am to 5pm*

Wednesday, February 7 6 to 9pm

Saturday, February 17 8am to 3pm

Sunday, March 3 8am to 5pm*

Sunday, March 24 8am to 5pm*

Plus 1 elective credit (dates and certifications selected by the student)

Plus 8 class hours

June 24 and July 12 dates can be made up at a different time but every effort should be made to attend these dates as well

Core curriculum:

Introduction to Akasha Yoga

Introduction to the Eight Fields

Teachings on each of the Eight Fields

Teachings on each of the Three Intentions (class styles)

Sequencing and scripting for classes; transitions

Introduction to Vibration

Akashic Records Level One certification

Class time Requirements:

8 total hours

5 hours as a student

1 hour class demo

1 hour of observing/assisting

1 hour as a lead teacher (live demo class)

1 Elective Credit (pick from the following options)

Meditation + Mindfulness Certification (5.5 hours)

Restorative Yoga Certification (7 hours)

Yin Yoga Certification (8 hours)

Reiki Level One Certification (5.5 hours)

Reiki Level Two Certification (6 hours)

iHeal Trauma Foundations Through the Koshas (6 hours)

Sound Balancing with Tuning Forks (4 hours)

Positive Psychology Certification (10 hours)

Sound Therapy Certification (4.5 hours)

Akashic Records Level Two Certification (7 hours)
