Yoga Workshop: Cultivating Resilience

Embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment in this 90-minute workshop, "Cultivating Resilience." This workshop is designed to help you harness the power of yoga, breathing and meditation to build resilience in your life, equipping you with tools to navigate challenges with grace and strength.

In a supportive environment, we’ll kick off with a warm welcome and an opening circle, allowing you to introduce yourself and share your personal definition of resilience. This collaborative discussion will lay the groundwork for our deeper exploration of resilience amidst life’s challenges. Next, you will engage in a gentle yoga flow that integrates grounding and strengthening postures. We’ll focus on establishing stability, building strength, enhancing focus, and promoting healing. Throughout the practice, you will also learn pranayama techniques to cultivate presence and calmness.

The workshop will conclude with a guided meditation designed to help you tap into your inner strength. You will visualize overcoming obstacles and connect with your personal power, fostering a sense of resilience. Following our meditation there will be time for reflection and journaling, providing space for you to process your experiences and insights from the practice. This will reinforce the tools and strategies learned throughout the workshop.

The class will include discussion, movement, meditation and journaling. Please bring your favorite journal.
