*All foods are plant-based, vegan and gluten-free. You'll have several treats/cookies to choose from that you can snack on anytime during the retreat, and we will feed you a delicious lunch with several options including a plant-based "tuna fish" salad and a protein packed pasta salad. You'll get all the recipes!
