Back on the mat and ready to roll. Come join us for our study and practice of "The Art of Peace". Aikido is the Self Defense art of the peaceful warriors. Defending one's self from an aggressor using techniques of off-balancing, pain compliance, and self-control. We learn to stop and de-escalate an attack before anyone gets hurt (including yourself). Learn balance, control, self-confidence, flexibility, and even get a decent, low-impact workout. Classes are open to all ages and experience and we consider ourselves a family club. So, please come join us and see what it is all about.
