Intro To Sila Kalari

Come learn the Art of Sila Kalari!!This introductory course focuses on creating a strong foundation for your martial arts and yoga training. This class will explore the animal postures that make up such a key element of the practice.
It will also introduce foundational breathwork, transitional movements, meditations, and traditional props including sash and staff (dhanda).
