AIA Chapter Meeting - January 2025

This course explores the importance of detailing continuity in maintaining the integrity of the four control layers of the building enclosure. We will explore methods for identifying areas where continuity can be disrupted and solutions for maintaining control layer continuity in these areas.

A minimal amount of construction knowledge is recommended. Attendees should be knowledgeable of the control layers in a wood-framed structure, and how and where disruptions in the continuity of those control layers need to be addressed.
