This programme runs across three sessions:

Session 1: Getting Started with AI

Online via Zoom | Monday 11th May | 1 hour

A relaxed intro session to get you familiar with the basics before the main workshop. We'll cover what AI actually is, how it applies to marketing, and what to expect from the day.

Session 2: The Main Workshop

In Person | The Glass Onion, Sunderland | Monday 18th May | 2.5 hours

This is where the real work happens. Delivered by Pascal, this hands-on session will take you through:

• How to keep your brand voice when using AI tools

• The essential AI toolkit for small businesses (and how to actually use it)

• Using AI for content creation, social media, and marketing

• Prompt engineering: how to get better results from AI tools

• Practical exercises you can apply to your business straight away

Session 3: Catch-Up and Q&A

Online via Zoom | Monday 1st June | Q&A session

After a couple of weeks putting things into practice, we'll come back together online to answer your questions, troubleshoot, and share what's working.

• A clear understanding of AI and how it fits your business

• Confidence using tools like AI for marketing and content

• A brand voice guide you can use with any AI tool

• A personal AI strategy and workflow built around your business

• Practical skills to save time, boost creativity, and improve your marketing

This workshop is for retailers, independent business owners, and creatives who want to:

• Get started with AI tools without the overwhelm

• Use AI in a way that still sounds like them

• Make their marketing work harder without spending more time on it

• Feel confident and in control of the digital side of their business

You don't need to be technical. You just need to be curious.

This workshop is delivered by Pascal, an experienced trainer helping businesses get the most from AI tools. The session has been designed specifically for retailers and independent businesses, with practical, hands-on learning throughout.
