About this Event
AI is changing how we work, learn, create, and solve problems. The AI Expo is designed to help people across North Central Washington move beyond curiosity and into practical action. Whether you are just beginning to explore AI or already using it in your daily work, this event will offer practical learning, real-world examples, inspiration, and connection to help you take your next step with confidence.
This full-day, community-centered event will bring together educators, business leaders, entrepreneurs, nonprofit professionals, students, public-sector partners, and community members to explore how artificial intelligence is shaping work, learning, creativity, and problem solving across our region.

One AI Expo ticket gives you access to the full event. During registration, we will ask you to select which parts of the day you plan to attend so we can plan room capacity, materials, and refreshments.

Event Schedule
8:30 AM | Doors Open, Coffee & Networking
Start the day with coffee, networking, and time to connect with other attendees.
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Morning Hands-On Workshop Sessions
Choose your own learning experience across multiple workshop rooms. Sessions will be designed for a range of experience levels and interests, from introductory AI concepts to more advanced tools, workflows, and integrations.
Morning session tracks may include topics such as AI for small businesses and nonprofits, AI tools for education and workforce development, advanced AI applications, AI integrations, and practical ways to reduce repetitive tasks, uncover insights, and improve decision-making.
12:00 – 1:00 PM | Midday Break
Attendees will have time to take a break, grab lunch on their own, and transition into the afternoon program. Please note: Lunch is not included.
1:00 – 4:30 PM | Plenary (Keynote, Demos, Use Cases)
Everyone will come together for an afternoon focused on inspiration, real-world examples, and community innovation.
The afternoon program will include a keynote presentation, live AI demonstrations, and the AI Use Case Showdown, where selected presenters will share practical examples of how AI is being used to solve problems, improve workflows, support organizations, and create meaningful impact.
4:30 – 5:30 PM | Networking Social (21+ only)
Close out the day with a networking social. This is a chance to continue conversations, meet presenters and attendees, and connect with others who are learning, building, and exploring what is possible with AI.
