AI Execution & Leadership Summit / LEAD IT. BUILD IT. SCALE IT.
About this Event
AI Execution & Leadership Summit
LEAD IT. BUILD IT. SCALE IT.
-----------
AI DOESN'T HAVE AN IDEAS PROBLEM. IT HAS AN EXECUTION PROBLEM.
Most AI conferences explore what's possible. This one focuses on making it happen.
The AI Execution & Leadership Summit brings together the two forces behind successful AI adoption: leaders who set the direction and builders who make it work.
Hosted at UAH's Invention to Innovation Center (I²C), this hands-on summit moves beyond AI hype to tackle real business challenges. Identify a high-value opportunity, work through focused, expert-led labs, and connect strategy with implementation.
No lengthy keynotes. No sales pitches. Just actionable AI.
-----------
PICK YOUR TRACK /
➡️ LEAD | STRATEGY & ADOPTION
For CEOs, executives, business owners, and decision-makers.
Move from AI ambition to informed investment. Build the business case, evaluate costs and returns, establish governance, and develop a strategy to lead organizational adoption.
Focus: Invest wisely. Govern responsibly. Lead change.
➡️ BUILD | DESIGN & DEPLOYMENT
For engineers, innovators, project leaders, and implementers.
Move from concept to execution. Identify AI-ready workflows, design practical solutions, and develop an initial prototype or implementation blueprint using real-world scenarios and sample data.
Focus: Design intelligently. Prototype rapidly. Deploy confidently.

BETTER TOGETHER. POWERFUL SOLO. /
Bring a leader and a builder from your organization to tackle the same business opportunity from two perspectives.
Each track delivers its own practical outcomes. Then, in the closing Convergence Lab, participants connect strategy, technology, and execution into a unified action plan.
Coming solo? You'll collaborate with participants from the complementary track.
No AI use case yet? We'll help you identify one.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS /
1. Which track should I choose?
Choose LEAD if you make investment and strategy decisions. Choose BUILD if you design, implement, or manage AI solutions. Wear both hats? Pick your priority.
2. Do I need AI experience or an existing project?
Neither. LEAD requires no technical background, and BUILD accommodates varying experience levels. We'll help you identify a practical use case.
3. Should I attend with a colleague?
We encourage leader–builder pairs, but solo attendees are welcome. Both tracks deliver independent value, with opportunities to collaborate.
4. What should I bring?
A charged laptop and a willingness to work. We'll use sample scenarios, so please leave confidential or controlled company data out of the labs.
5. Do I need to build a working AI prototype?
No. BUILD participants can develop an initial prototype or a practical implementation blueprint, depending on their experience and use case.
6. Will food and refreshments be available?
The 5:30–7:30 PM networking reception includes light food and drinks.
