AI Adoption: From Optional to Essential
About this Event
In July the UK Jurisdiction Taskforce said professionals could be found liable not only for misusing AI, but for failing to use it where reasonable care and skill would require it. Accountancy firms face the same pressure from clients, regulators and competitors, without the case law.
So the question has moved on. Not whether to adopt, but what to adopt first, what it costs, and how you know it worked.
Most firms your size are guessing. The technology is rarely the hard part. The hard part is choosing, getting people to actually use it, and being able to show the difference.
What we'll cover
- What has worked inside small and mid-tier law and accountancy firms, and what has not
- Where firms lose money on adoption, and the decisions that cause it
- What the UKJT statement means in practice for how you supervise AI use
- A free online resource built from three years of working directly with firms
Who it's for
Partners, fee earners and innovation leads at small and mid-sized law firms and accountancy practices. No technical background needed.
