About this Event

This in-person focus group is specifically for experts by experience to share views and experiences of moving from hospital in Buckinghamshire to home.

The Buckinghamshire Experts by experience focus group will shape and influence services for the future. In particular, how allied health professionals (such as occupational therapists and physiotherapists) in social care and health care work together, and how this affects people accessing these services. This is part of a wider project in South East England.
