January We will be hosting our AGM as well as Elections. * We are looking to fill our Treasure position if you could help with any of the following tasks PLEASE reach out to us.
Treasurer Duties:
-Draft annual budget for approval
-Compile income and expenses for every month and provide financials at meeting
-Login to each bank account monthly and retrieve bank statement
-Reconcile General and gaming bank accounts monthly
-Post reimbursements and bills received
Prepare cheques or etransfers
-Record save a tape gift cards as they arrive
-Retrieve reports from munch a lunch and post lunch sales per period Retrieve munch a lunch fundraiser reports and post per fundraiser
-Pull reports from Square and record sales as used
