Aging Well, Winter Reset: Ayurvedic Talk + Warm Dal Soup Supper at Ashara
About this Event
Winter is a powerful time to reset, and an ideal season to talk about how we age with strength, clarity, and ease.
Join us for a cozy evening that blends education with nourishment. In the first half, you’ll learn Ayurvedic principles for aging well: protecting your energy, supporting digestion, sleeping soundly, and keeping body and mind resilient through winter and beyond. You’ll see how the season affects your body and which routines help you stay grounded through the holidays.
Then we’ll gather for a warm dal soup supper, a classic Ayurvedic comfort food that’s easy to digest and deeply satisfying. You’ll also get tips and the recipe for making it at home.
You’ll leave with:
- Simple winter routines for energy, digestion, and rest
- Ayurvedic strategies for graceful aging
- A nourishing meal and good company
Come as you are, and come hungry.
