Session 1: Things to Do Today (Sept. 4)
Led by Kristy Beauchesne of First Choice Home Health, the opening session centers on immediate, actionable steps—organizing important documents and passwords, choosing a health care agent, communicating with loved ones, and completing Advance Directives. The session also introduces the “Dementia Directive,” a stage-by-stage tool to guide decision-making in the face of cognitive decline.
