Our Annual Agile Coach Retreat, hosted in conjunction with the Mid-Michigan Agile Group will be held IN PERSON this year. Returning to Ann Arbor, Michigan.

This year we will focus on expanding your coaching toolkit. We're still building the details of our program, so check back as we refine the sessions.

This year's program includes:

Session 1: Tales of Coaching Dojo Workshop by Jess Brock.

Jess brings her Agile and Beyond 2023 session to the road with this expanded workshop format.

Session 2: Improv

A lively improv session for engaging your teams

Session 3: Appreciative Inquiry

Session 4: Powerful Questions for De-escalating Drama

Plus a couple of other tools you can use with your teams.

A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
