Why not join me an afternoon of yoga? The venue is the warm, cosy chapel at The Olive Tree in Penketh.
The afternoon will consist of a nourishing yoga practice (yin, hatha and restorative) pranayama and meditation. We will end the afternoon with a guided relaxation.
