This will be a fun event with an hour and a half of yoga and sound healing. Followed by complimentary appetizers in the courtyard. Please bring a yoga mat, also a pillow if you'd like for the sound bath portion. Stay afterwards, hang out with group! It's a great way to connect with like minded people!
