I’m Sam, a yoga teacher in Burton with 15+ years yoga experience in Iyengar and also trained in Vinyasa… Jane is an holistic therapist, also with years of experience in essential oils, therapeutic treatments.
We are joining together to offer this beautiful autumnal mini retreat on 11th October..
What to expect for your three hours:-
❤️Indian inspired yin yoga where we’ll focus on chakra balance - we use bolsters- blocks- chairs to help us align and rest into poses.. there is no need for previous experience…
🧡Some fun with essential oils - working out the scent that most resinates with you feeling good.
💛Delicious homemade cake and cuppa
💚 A deep meditation to relax to, again, no experience necessary.
💙Some time to get creative with a mood board… fun and engaging! Chat to friends - get inspired!
