In these meetings we discuss various topics in a supportive and non judgmental environment. The aim is to go deeper than in usual day by day conversations in order to share and benefit from each other different prospectives, become more aware of our divine / spiritual nature and promote our spiritual awareness and growth.
We also usually include some short 🧘🏻‍♀️meditation🧘🏽‍♂️ either at the beginning or at the end of the meeting. Tee/Coffee will be there!
Whatever your believes are, whether you believe in God, the Universe, ETs, in Oneness or even if you do not believe in nothing at all but you feel you are more than just your thoughts, possessions and the roles you play in your life, and want to connect and make a difference on a personal and a so also on collective level, then join us.

✨ Judgment ✨
Judgment—of ourselves, of others, of the world—can shape so much of our inner and outer life. Sometimes it acts like a shield, protecting us. Other times it can feel like a cage, limiting our capacity for compassion, freedom, and connection. Spiritually, judgment invites us to look deeper: what is it really pointing to?
Consider this:
🌱 When you notice yourself judging someone (or yourself), what lies beneath—fear, insecurity, unmet needs, comparison?
🌱 Is there a difference between discernment (seeing clearly) and judgment (closing the heart)?
🌱 How do cultural or spiritual teachings around “good” and “bad” influence the way you judge?
🌱 Can you recall a time when releasing judgment brought you closer to understanding or love?
🌱 What practices help you soften judgment—toward yourself, and toward others?
As we share and reflect, let’s remember: judgment itself is not the enemy. It can be a signpost, showing us where we still long to heal, where we crave belonging, or where compassion is calling. The invitation is not to suppress judgment, but to transform it—into awareness, acceptance, and ultimately into love.
