Join us for a month of after-school yoga with Ms. Mariah from Little Yoga Squad!
This series offers children a structured and relaxing way to unwind after a busy day of school. This program is designed to help kids de-stress, refocus, and reenergize through a series of fun and engaging yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities. Please have children wear clothes they can move around in. We will have some yoga mats, but supplies are limited.
Meets January 8, 15, 22 and 29, from 4:00 - 4:45 p.m.
