After Checkout 03: From Founder-Led Hustle to a High-Performance Culture
As an ecommerce business grows, the founder’s role has to grow with it. But hiring more people doesn’t always make the work feel lighter. Decisions still come back to you, your team waits for direction, and progress can stall whenever you’re not involved.
In After Checkout 03, we’ll explore how founders can move beyond being the person who keeps everything moving and build a team that can perform with greater ownership, clarity, and consistency.
Because a high-performing culture doesn’t happen just because a team gets bigger. It takes clear expectations, capable people, and ways of working that help everyone do their best work.
