Our live music workshops: what can you expect?
To find a connection beyond physical movements, you will immerse yourself in a new culture's rich tapestry of rhythms, songs, tales, and dances.
Strengthen your connection to your inner self on a spiritual and mental level while you hone your physical coordination.
The dates of Alafia 2025 are 11–13 July 2025.
In order to be ready for the second edition of the Alafia festival, we are still studying the origins of Afro-Cuban dances 🥥🥥🥥🥥.
Some tips:
Ladies, please bring a scarf or long skirt.
Remember to bring your scarf to La Rumba, gentlemen.
Feel free to dance barefoot or in loose, comfortable clothing.
Please fetch water.
