This high-energy class blends Afro-Caribbean dance with strength & functional training into one powerful, feel-good workout. You will move to Afrobeats, Dancehall, Reggaeton and Caribbean rhythms while building real strength, endurance and confidence.
We use a circuit training format, alternating between:
