We are thrilled to announce the latest offering to our summer lineup: African Music Leadership Summit for Teens! For ages 13-18, July 15th-19th
Come explore your natural leadership through Zimbabwean music, coached by Blessing Chimanga and other guest Zimbabwean instructors. Using concepts from Blessing’s wildly popular young adult marimba program ‘Dreams Marimba Camp’ in Zimbabwe, teens will be exposed to concepts of integrity, goal setting, character building, practice techniques, and stage presence. All levels including beginners are welcome. Teens will be grouped by age and experience. It can be hard to find meaningful engaging work for teens in the summer months…this program promises to be challenging, engaging, and most of all FUN!
