is a collaboration between Eden Housing and David Baker Architects. Located in the North Bayshore Area of Mountain View, La Avenida Apartments is a critical component of affordable housing for the transitioning neighborhood.

Getting there

This building is located just off of the Stevens Creek Trail, about a 12-minute bike ride from the Mountain View CalTrain station. Public bike racks are availableat the front entrance.

4/15 Update: Complimentary guest parking is available in the garage at Rowe at Pear Village (adjacent to the site). Enter via the driveway off La Avenida Street and proceed to the P1 level, where event parking will be located just past the gated ramp to the upper levels.

Street parking is limited, and the adjacent Pear Theatre lot is not available for event parking. A parking permit and garage map will be emailed to registered guests in advance—please display the permit on your dashboard upon arrival. Parking is available from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
