Come comfy — bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything to help you feel at ease. A journal is optional but encouraged for reflection.

We’ll set intentions, immerse in sound healing, breathwork, and close with a grounding group reflection. Let’s create space for release, renewal, and peace — together.
