Soul Bath Sundays

Give yourself permission to center and ground in this monthly wellness event.

We will loosen the body with gentle yoga, embrace the present moment through beginner-friendly meditation, and settle the senses with a sound bath experience.

• Comfortable attire is recommended
• Yoga mats and props are provided if participants do not have their own
• Themes change monthly based on environmental elements

**Light beverages, journaling supplies, and meditation tools will be provided.
