Affirmation Jars: Building Positive Self-Talk Together Workshop

In this session, we will explore the importance of how we speak to ourselves.

Participants will write affirmations and share them collectively, creating a shared pool of supportive messages. Each person will then build their own affirmation jar filled with both their own and others’ words of encouragement.
