Aerial Yoga Workshop for Beginners/ First Time

This beginner-friendly Aerial Yoga workshop is a 1.5-hour guided session designed to help you explore movement safely and mindfully in the hammock. Led by expert instructors who teach with patience and understanding, the class focuses on building comfort, strength and confidence. You’ll be guided through each asana step-by-step with proper support and modifications as needed. The session ends with a calming mind practice, helping you relax, reset, and set a positive tone for the day.

Designed for beginners, first-timers - no prior experience needed.

Dress Code

Wear stretchable, Comfortable workout clothing that will permit easy movements. Avoid loose bottom wear. Socks are optional.Changing room available.

Food/Beverage

You can eat a light snack/fruit or any beverage at least 2 hours before the class. Avoid oily food before the workshop. We have filtered water at the studio. Please feel free to bring your own water bottle.

Safety Note

Participants are advised to ensure that they don`t have any physical discomfort or ongoing medical issues before signing up for the workshop. The Studio and Instructor will ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the practice. The Studio is not responsible for recurrence or aggravation of any. prior medical conditions due to the practice.

Please arrive 10 minutes early, as the session will strictly commence on time. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend planning your travel to the venue and checking in at least 15 minutes before the event starts.
