Aerial Yoga Teacher Training

Over the course of a weekend at the Yoga Loft, you will be immersed in Aerial Yoga. There are Yoga Alliance credits for this course.

You must hold a yoga teacher training certificate to enroll.

We will meet Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Friday afternoon we will cover the basics of aerial practice to including rigging and safety.

Saturday, we will focus on the restorative aspects of aerial yoga to include the poses and the sequencing of an aerial yoga restorative class.

Sunday will include the remainder of the poses and sequencing building upon the content from Saturday.
