Aerial Yoga Teacher Training

Learn to teach aerial yoga hands-on and have a blast soaring with your students! You must be a 200 hour yoga teacher to take this training.
About this Event

Over the course of a weekend at the Yoga Loft, you will be immersed in Aerial Yoga.

You must hold a yoga teacher training certificate to enroll.

We will meet Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Friday afternoon we will cover the basics of aerial practice to including rigging and safety.

Saturday, we will focus on the restorative aspects of aerial yoga to include the poses and the sequencing of an aerial yoga restorative class.

Sunday will include the remainder of the poses and sequencing building upon the content from Saturday.

Student may take Friday and Saturday only. Students may take all three days of the training.

Everyone is required to take Friday.
