Looking for a creative way to boost your teen or tween’s confidence and physical skills? Introduce them to the exciting world of aerial yoga for teens and tweens! In this 60-minute beginner-friendly aerial yoga class, your child will discover the joy of aerial yoga while using the aerial hammock to uplift their spirits and explore their incredible physical capabilities.Your tweens and teens will engage in a variety of aerial yoga poses and transitions that promote strength, confidence, and flexibility—all while having a blast! Our unique aerial yoga class format allows for personalized attention and support, enabling your child to flow through movements that enhance their physical awareness and promote mindfulness. Each class concludes with a deep rest in a soothing silk cocoon, providing a calming finish to their aerial yoga journey.
No previous experience is required, if your child is joining our program at the start of the school year.
Choose from one of three weekly classes, starting in September, 2025:
Wednesdays @ 4:30-5:30 PM *ALMOST FULL*
Thursdays @ 5:00-6:00 PM
Saturdays @ 12:00-1:00 PM *WAITLIST ONLY*
