Ready to try something playful and new?! Come check out Aerial Yoga at Muskegon Yoga Center guided by Carey Burns.Fly beautifully through an aerial sequence to open the body, relieve compression of the spine, strengthen the core, release tension and much MUCH more!
This beginner-friendly class will inspire you to have some fun with fellow yogi's, friends, and family members.
Classes are limited to 10 participants and are a separate enrollment. Enrollment is per class and does not commit you for the entire series. So come try it out at least once!
