Step into Urban Zen, Swansea’s sanctuary tucked away in the city centre. Soft lighting. Wooden floors. Calm energy. The moment you arrive, your breath begins to slow.
Then: you're gently cradled in a fabric hammock, mid-air, weightless. The room darkens. Scents of rose, sage and palo santo drift through the air. Six gongs begin to sing.
Each note ripples through your body:
the mind lets go, the body exhales,
the nervous system begins to recalibrate.
