To preserve the quality of the silks, we kindly ask that you remove jewelry beforehand. Dress comfortably, and prepare to surrender into deep relaxation—suspended, supported, and soothed by sound.
Suggested items to bring:
Yoga mat, water, blanket, neck pillow, eye covering (this helps to maximize the meditation experience)
We offer props at the studio to use at no charge and yoga mats to rent.
