Our aerial yoga flips and tricks event combines traditional yoga practices with acrobatic movements using a suspended fabric hammock! We will learn to perform fun flips and tricks, enhancing strength, flexibility, and body awareness. The class typically emphasizes safety, proper technique, and gradual progression from basic poses to more advanced aerial poses. It also encourages creativity and self-expression while providing a fun, engaging way to explore the capabilities of the body in a supportive environment. This is time for you to have fun and fly!! ☮️💞✨❤️
We will start with a warm up, and spend the rest of the time moving into fun poses and tricks! We will also save time for photos at the end — helping boost your confidence 💥💥💥
