Aerial Pilates: Monthly Restorative JANUARY

Enjoy a perfect end to a busy week, with an Aerial Pilates class to restore calm in body & mind.

Working with the hammock at a low level, we will in equal measure move through some strengthening, mobility and flexibilty exercises and finish with a long restorative mindful rest in the hammock (if you haven't felt this before, there's nothing quite like it!)

Suitable for all experiences, however not suitable with any significant injuries.

Please come wearing clothing that is comfortable to move in, and not too baggy. Please take off jewllery, belts and please come with clothing with no zips and no heavy make up, thank you (just to protect the hammocks)
