🍂 Conscious Connected Breathwork at The Goosebarn
with Charlie @ Recalibrate Breath
As we move through the darker months, Charlie returns to The Goosebarn with a series of spacious, body-led breathwork sessions.
These gatherings offer a place to metabolise what’s been held, soften old patterns, and reconnect with the steady rhythms of your own nervous system.
Each session weaves:

🌿 Somatic mapping + polyvagal awareness
🌿 Space for integration, reflection, and gentle return
