During this 11-hour workshop we’ll explore a smorgasbord of unique sequences and dynamic tricks to diversify your technical skills and expand your expressive range. Expect funky balances, alternative rolling pathways, flows emphasizing non-back/split flexibility, and armpit-based dynamic moves.
We’ll also dedicate time to working on goal tricks, plus experiment with sequence-building and movement quality games to help you discover your creative voice in the air.
