Our Aerial Coaching Course – Stage 1 is designed for aspiring coaches (ages 14+) who want to confidently teach Level 1 aerial skills in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
Over two days, you'll learn the foundations of aerial coaching, including safety and spotting, conditioning, lesson planning, and teaching beginner skills and sequences on silks, lyra, and trapeze—all while working alongside an experienced coach.
