Whether it’s your very first flight or you’re looking to build confidence, Aerial 101 is designed to give you a solid foundation. You’ll keep it cozy and close to the ground while exploring stretchy flows, supported hangs, and some funky-fun poses that feel way cooler than they are hard.
We’ll play with wraps, balances, and maybe (just maybe) even go a little upside down. Zero pressure, all good vibes, plenty of giggles, and a touch of aerial magic.
