Join Angelica as she leads the 84 Asana sequence from the Ghosh lineage. For those who readily participate in the Original 26&2 classes, this is the series from which the beginner's class derives. It is highly recommended that students have 1) a consistent practice in the 26&2 and (preferably) our Intermediate Hatha class, and 2) prior exposure to the 84 asanas. Class will be lead in such a way that allows for exploration of deeper postures in sequential steps to support varying skill sets and levels. Come ready to sweat and play!
