The first workshop will focus on:

• Reducing DNAs across the Mental Health Hubs – engagement that works
• Community Treatment Orders (CTOs) – addressing PCREF over-representation issues and practice
• Development of MDT structures in Greenwich – enhancing clinical formulation and treatment interventions for patients

• Psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, AHPs
• Team leads, service managers, transformation leads
