Vault: handstand fall flat, front handsprings, 1/4 & 1/2 ons
Bars: pullovers, casting, back hip circles, sole circles, squat ons
Beam: movement skills, rolls, handstands, cartwheels, back walkovers.
Floor: forward/backward rolls, head stands, cartwheel/round-off, handstands, kick overs/walkovers, front and back handsprings, front and back tucks.
