Let us empower You and your Teens to make the best decisions in the worst situations!

The RHINO Teen Safe program is designed to provide Teens with the tools to navigate the difficult situations they may find themselves in. We provide training on situational awareness boundary setting saying NO effectively developing positive self worth the importance of confidence action vs. reaction vocalization stress and adrenaline response everyday weapons and how to use them and basic and intermediate striking.

We have combined this class with our RHINO Adult Self-Defense class to empower as many people as possible. Adults will learn the topics above as well as general safety planning and conflict avoidance and de-escalation techniques. Attend on your own and learn all of these valuable skills or attend with your teen and spend quality time together while learning skills that could save your life!
