Join us for a playful and uplifting Aerial Yoga Fun Workshop designed for adults of all levels, especially beginners!

Experience the joy of movement as you stretch, float, and flow in aerial hammocks.

This workshop is all about fun, relaxation, and a touch of adventure!

No experience needed, just come ready to explore, laugh, and enjoy the freedom of flight.

We will end the class in mini sound journey.

One hour event.

Adult Aerial. (also great for you to bring your older kid with you if ages 14 years old or older).
